Storage & install notes
A few practical notes that the spec sheet leaves out.
Storage
The Next-Gen update raised requirements (ray-traced GI, 4K textures). 35 GB+ install.
SSD or HDD?
Modern AAA titles stream assets constantly. An SSD (NVMe preferred) cuts load times and eliminates texture-pop and stutter that an HDD causes — especially in open-world games. If the spec lists "SSD required," an HDD will not run it well.

Specifications compiled from Official (CD Projekt RED). Always confirm the latest numbers on the official store page, as patches and DLC can raise the footprint.
Will it run on your rig?
A quick read for three common hardware tiers.
Entry (GTX 1060 / RX 580 class)
Meets or exceeds the minimum. Expect playable framerates at 1080p with medium settings. Runs comfortably.
Mainstream (RTX 3060 / RX 6600 class)
Around the recommended tier. Targets 1080p High or 1440p Medium at 60 FPS in most scenes.
Enthusiast (RTX 4070 / RX 6800 XT class)
Well above recommended. Comfortable at 1440p Ultra or 4K with upscaling and frame generation where supported.
