Does TTK include reload or swap time?

Default TTK is "until kill without reloading." There is a separate "Mag Capacity & Reloads Needed" panel that shows if you must reload mid-fight.

How accurate is range-based falloff?

Within ±5% of in-game firing range values. Fortnite Ch6 has per-weapon segmented falloff (3 breakpoints) not linear; the tool uses the segmented formula.

Do recoil penalties reduce TTK on longer bursts?

The Hitbox Mix slider is your proxy for recoil. At range, drop your simulated Chest% and raise Leg%. Community values (e.g., 10% Head 70% Chest 20% Leg at 50m) are the default.

Are cross-map 1-shot headshots supported?

Yes — sniper/operator range falloff cards include a 1-hit kill range envelope colored green up to the break distance, amber past.
